Southwest Georgia Nephrology Clinic, located at 1200 North Jefferson Street in Albany, Georgia, was established in 1976 by Eugene Clark, M.D., F.A.C.P. and situated near local hospitals, pharmacies, and other health related services. Since its founding it has been recognized as Southwest Georgia's premier clinic treating hypertension and renal failure.

Currently, we have four physicians, a physician assistant and two nurse practitioners on staff. Our dedicated providers see patients in our office Monday through Friday, conduct weekly rounds at ten dialysis clinics operated by DCI Dialysis Center located throughout Albany, Sylvester, Dawson, Americus and Blakely, Georgia, Fresenius Kidney Care Center in Albany, Georgia and Crisp Regional Hospital located in Cordele, Georgia.

Our office offers state of the art on-site laboratory for the convenience of our patients as well as caring and professional team members to help our patients and their families navigate their medical care. We take the bonds between a doctor and his or her patient seriously, striving to exceed expectations in every aspect of care. Our medical staff is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
